Filing fees for Fictitious Business Names are as follows:

• One owner and one business $46.00
• For each additional name of business $2.00
• For each additional name of owner $2.00
• Statement of Abandonment $32.00
• Statement of Withdrawal of Partner $32.00

The Statement of Abandonment form and the Statement of Withdrawl of Partner form are available in our office.  These forms can be faxed upon request.
