Cannabis Application Workshops

Third Party Inspector Information

Third Party Inspector applications and requirements have been finalized and are now available below.  If you are interested in becoming a third party inspector you must submit a completed application including all supplemental materials and fees to the Department of Agriculture.  Supplemental materials are outlined in the Cover letter below.  You will be contacted for an interview with the Ag. Commissioner after review of your applications materials.

On June 20, 2016, the Division of Measurement Standards (DMS) released an informational brochure on medical cannabis.  It is intended to provide guidance to cannabis dispensaries, cultivators, distributors, transporters, and product manufacturers in the areas of scale selection, scale registration and testing, service agencies, packaging and labeling inspections, and weighmasters.  Click here to view the brochure.  Click here to go to the DMS webpage.
