Carl Moyer Grant Program Information

Carl Moyer Program Applications are not currently being accepted.

 The Carl Moyer Program provides incentive grants for cleaner-than-required engines to provide early or funding for surplus emission reductions from diesel-powered equipment.

The local program is NOT accepting applications at this time.

On road trucks are only eligible for retrofit devices.

All other emissions reductions must be surplus to other adopted state regulations.
