State Laws

 

The California Air Resources Board is the state air quality agency.

The Air Resources Board "Bluebook" consisting of all state air pollution laws is on line here.

               The District is authorized and created by California Health and Safety Code, which is included in the "Bluebook" provided by ARB.

 


Federal Laws

The U.S. EPA is the federal air quality agency

The Federal Clean Air Act is online at ARB's website here
