July workshop on Ag Pump and Stationary
Engine Rule (Regulation 3.9)

The District is developing a stationary and Ag Pump
Diesel Engine Rule to provide additional compliance flexibility to local
engine owners.
A NEW WORKSHOP will be held on July 29th, 2010
from 4-6pm at Ukiah City Hall

Based on feedback from the public and
the Air Resources Board the District has prepared a new draft
regulation

This rule will be considered by the District Board in May, 2010
and has a proposed effective date of July 1, 2010.
The
hearing and effective date have been delayed while staff works on various
changes to the rule.
