(g) Noticed Public Hearing - Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance for Contract Rezone No. R 2014-0005 over a 17± Acre Parcel from AG40 (Agriculture, 40-acre Minimum) to R-1 (Single-Family Residential) and R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential), Located on Lovers Lane, Approximately 200-feet Westerly of Despina Drive, APN 170-060-01
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt Ordinance to rezone the 17± acre parcel located on Lovers Lane (APN 170-060-01) from AG 40 (Agricultural, 40-acre minimum) to a split zoned parcel with 6.8± acres zoned R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) and 9.48± acres zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential) based on the findings and conditions of approval, as recommended by the Planning Commission; and authorize Chair to sign same.
(h) Discussion and Possible Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Director of Transportation to Close or Restrict the Use of School Way (CR 236) at the Russian River Bridge for Two Weeks Between September 21 and October 15, 2015 Pursuant to Sections 942.5 and 942.6 of the California Streets and Highways Code (Redwood Valley Area)

(b) Discussion and Possible Adoption of Resolution Clarifying the Procedure by Which the Mendocino County Historical Society (MCHS) May Access Proceeds of the Toney Endowment Principal and Interest and Authorizing the Auditor-Controller to Disburse $121,987 from the Toney Endowment Principal to the MCHS to Assist in the Construction of an Archival Building (Sponsors: Supervisors Brown and McCowen)
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt Resolution clarifying the procedure by which the Mendocino County Historical Society (MCHS) may access proceeds of the Toney Endowment Principal and Interest and authorize the Auditor-Controller to disburse $121,987 from the Toney Endowment Principal to the MCHS to assist in the construction of an archival building, and authorize Chair to sign same.
(c) Discussion and Possible Appointment of a Board of Supervisors Grand Jury Library Report Ad Hoc Committee (Sponsor: Supervisor McCowen)

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Subscription Agreement with Exemplar Human Services, LLC to provide customized automated performance management monitoring reports and services for the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Employment and Family Assistance Services in the amount of $210,000 for three years for a total of $630,000; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not affect the annual maximum amount.
(l) Approval of Agreement with Mendocino County Youth Project in the Amount of $134,940 to Provide Emergency Shelter Care for Youth Ages 18-21 in Fiscal Year 2015-16

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the Air Quality Management District’s request to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Advanced Database Design in the amount of $55,000 to augment the District’s database for consistency, audit imported data, and provide enhanced records retention, and authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to sign same.
