To VIEW an agenda:

1. Select a meeting date from the "Meetings" list on left. The corresponding agenda will populate the center frame.
2. Click on the hyperlinked items within the agenda to reveal their supporting documents. The material will appear in the "Documents" frame to the right.
3. Click on the item you wish to view from the "Documents" list.
4. Click on the PDF file that opens within the "Pages" frame, also to the right, to download and view the item.

To PRINT an agenda:

1. Select a meeting date from the "Meetings" list on left. The corresponding agenda will populate the center frame.
2. Right-click on the center frame, and select "This Frame" then "Print Frame..."
3. Follow the prompts from your system's default printer to complete the process (keep print range set to "All").
