Recommended Action/Motion: Introduce and waive the reading
of the proposed Ordinance.
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the moratorium Ordinance
pursuant to Government Code Section 65858.

Discussion
and Possible Action Regarding the Health and Human Services Agency's (HHSA)
Recommendations for the Administration of the Rental of the County's Veteran's

Recommended Action/Motion: Accept and approve HHSA's
recommendations regarding the administration of the rental of the County's
Veteran Memorial Buildings and receive an update regarding the rules and
regulations set in place by the Board of Supervisors on December 18, 2012.

Recommended Action/Motion: Present Employee Service Awards
to eligible recipients for 15-35 years of service to Mendocino County, followed
by a reception in their honor in Conference Room A.

Recommended Action/Motion: No action necessary as this is

Public Hearing - Adoption of Ordinance Rezoning 280 Acres of Land in the Ukiah
Area from Range Land -160 Acre Minimum/Flood Plain and Seismic Study
(RL-160/FP/SS) to Rural Residential - 1 Acre Minimum/Planned Development/Flood Plain and Seismic Study (RR-1/PD/FP/SS)
Recommended Action/Motion: Make the Environmental and
General Plan findings contained within the Planning Commission's motion and Staff
Report and adopt the Ordinance approving the rezoning of Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 178-190-06, 178-200-01, 178-220-01 and 179-130-01 from RL-160/FP and SS
to RR-1/PD/FP and SS.
6. Board of Supervisors And Miscellaneous
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the 2014 Mendocino County Legislative
Platform as presented, directing staff to forward the adopted platform to our
State and Congressional representatives, and County Department Heads.
7. Board of directors matters
The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors meets concurrently as the Board
of Directors of the: In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Governing
Board; Mendocino County Air Quality Management District; Mendocino County
Library District; Mendocino County Public Facilities Corporation; Mendocino
County Water Agency; and the Board of Supervisors Acting as the Governing Board
of the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Mendocino.
