to 3 minutes per person and not more than 10 minutes for a particular subject

and Possible Action Including Review, Adoption, Amendment, Consideration or
Ratification of Legislation Pursuant to the Adopted Legislative Platform
Recommended Action/Motion: Provide direction to staff
regarding matters of legislation.
Recommended Action/Motion: Conduct the interviews with the
applicants, and appoint a Primary Member and an Alternate Member to the
Mendocino County AAB.
Recommended Action/Motion: Discuss and give direction to
staff regarding the preferred appointment process for Mendocino Historical
Review Board applicants.

Recommended Action/Motion: Receive the informational
presentation from the HSPG Ad Hoc Emergency Shelter Committee.

Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the Resolution and approve
Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Mendocino and the Department
Head Association for the term of September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015;
approve associated Sideletter of Agreement and authorize Chair to sign same.
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the Resolution and approve
Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Mendocino and Teamsters Local
856 (Probation Unit) for the term of January 1, 2014 through September 30,
2015; and authorize Chair to sign same.
PLANNING
AND BUILDING SERVICES
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt and authorize the Chair to
sign the Resolution as submitted, and direct the Clerk to provide notice and
set a public meeting for October 7, 2014 and a public hearing for December 2,
2014, on the modification.
Recommended Action/Motion: Direct PBS to (1) complete
General Plan and Ukiah Valley Area Plan implementation status reports and modify
the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plans for the General Plan and the
Ukiah Valley Area Plan, and (2) approve the recommended PBS 2014-2015 advanced
planning work plan.

Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the Resolution authorizing
the reservation of the parcel for possible conservation easement to provide
habitat mitigation for proposed Central Coast solid waste transfer station

The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors meets concurrently as the Board
of Directors of the: In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Governing
Board; Mendocino County Air Quality Management District; Mendocino County
Public Facilities Corporation; and the Mendocino County Water Agency.
