Recommended Action/Motion: Accept the update regarding the mental health services review and updates associated with the activities regarding mental health services, including the status of adult mental health services transition plan, the status of the 2016 Mendocino County Mental Health Services System Review – Summary of Recommendation Implementation Plan, and the status of the various activities associated with mental health services.
PLANNING AND BUILDING SERVICES
(d) Discussion and Possible Acceptance of Informational Presentation on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
Recommended Action/Motion: Receive and accept the informational presentation on the CDBG Program.
(e) Informational Update on the Status of the Mendocino Town Local Coastal Plan Amendment (LCPA) and Possible Direction or Consideration of Coastal Commission Comments Regarding the Submitted Mendocino Town LCPA
Recommended Action/Motion: Accept the Mendocino Town LCPA status report and, as necessary, direct Planning and Building Services to respond to Coastal Commission comments regarding the LCPA.
6. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND MISCELLANEOUS
(a) Supervisors' Reports Regarding Special Board Assignments, Standing and Ad Hoc Committee Meetings, and Other Items of General Interest

Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt Resolution establishing the Redwood Valley Municipal Advisory Council and authorizing annual operational funding of $2,500; and authorize Chair to sign same.
(c) Discussion and Possible Direction Regarding Fire-EMS Funding in Mendocino County (Sponsors: Supervisors Gjerde and Hamburg, and Fire-EMS Ad Hoc Committee)
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the list of five first steps and endorse the list of three next steps; approve sending the memorandum to the fire chiefs and fire districts/companies; and direct the ad hoc to continue working toward secure funding required for current and future fire agency needs.
(d) Discussion and Direction Regarding Update from Staff and Recommendations from Health and Human Services (HHS) Standing Committee Regarding Animal Care Services Operations and Management (Sponsor: Health and Human Services Standing Committee)
Recommended Action/Motion: Consider staff and public input and the recommendations of the HHS Standing Committee; and give direction as deemed appropriate.

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve Agreement with Partnership HealthPlan of California to accept the Opioid Safety Coalition grant in the amount of $60,000 for Fiscal Years 2015-16 through 2016-17; and authorize HHSA Director or designee to sign the Agreement and any future amendments that do not affect maximum amount.
