approving the Second Amendment to the Cooperation and Repayment Agreement
between the County of Mendocino and the Agency, further adopting requisite
findings required by California Community Redevelopment Law Section 33445,
adopting known CEQA determinations, and directing that necessary additional
CEQA analysis be completed prior to the release of project funds.

with a related item to the Board of Supervisors, adopt the Resolution accepting
