PACE program operator to create a new funding mechanism for energy improvements

The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors meets concurrently as the Board
of Directors of the: In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Governing
Board; Mendocino County Air Quality Management District; Mendocino County
Library District; Mendocino County Public Facilities Corporation; Mendocino
County Water Agency; and the Board of Supervisors Acting as the Governing Board
of the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Mendocino.

of Resolution Designating the Broadband Alliance of Mendocino County (BAMC) as
the County's Endorsement Agent for Grant Requests on Behalf of the County of
Mendocino Seeking to Deploy Broadband in Mendocino
Recommended Action/Motion: That the Board adopts the Resolution as
presented, authorizing the Chair to sign same.
Recommended Action/Motion: The Board of Supervisors adopts a
Resolution opposing the Department of Parks and Recreation's proposed
imposition of fees at state beaches.
Recommended Action/Motion: The Board of Supervisors approves a
letter of support for the City of

Recommended Action/Motion: It is recommended that the Board of
Supervisors approve the recommendation to initiate projects for Title III,
pursuant to Resolution No. 12-109 and Sections 102(a)(1)(B) and 109 related to
the Reauthorization of the Secure Rural Schools and Community
Self-Determination Act of 2000 further initiating projects for the Mendocino
County Fire Safe Council and the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office Search and
Rescue Reserve.
Recommended Action/Motion: Authorize the Executive Office to
transmit a letter to the Savings Bank, stating the County's acknowledgment of,
and lack of opposition to, a $500,000 loan the bank has approved for the Agwood
Mill & Lumber Company.
HEALTH AND HUMAN
SERVICES AGENCY
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign agreement with Ford Street Project, Inc. in the amount of $97,114 to
provide Supportive Housing Program (SHP), Seamless Transition Empowerment
Program (STEP) in Fiscal Year 2012/2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to
sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual
maximum amount.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve agreement with Mendocino Coast
Hospitality Center, Inc. in the amount of $72,188 to provide Supportive Housing
Program (SHP), Seamless Transition Empowerment Program (STEP) in Fiscal Year
2012/2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the
agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign agreement with Mendocino County Youth Project in the amount of $62,500 to
provide prevention collaboration services for children, youth and families in
Fiscal Year 2012/2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future
amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign agreement with Redwood Children's Services, Inc. in the amount of $277,839
to provide housing and services to assist emancipated Foster/Probation youth in
Fiscal Year 2012/2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future
amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign agreement with Timothy Jackinsky, NP, in the amount of $75,600 to provide
medication support and quality assurance consultation services in Fiscal Year
2012/2013; and authorize the Health and Human Service Agency Director to sign
any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum
amount.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approval of
HUMAN RESOURCES
Recommended Action/Motion: It is recommended that the Mendocino
County Board of Supervisors adopt the Resolution and approve the Memorandum of
Understanding between the County of Mendocino and Teamsters Local 856
representing the Mendocino County Public Attorneys Association for the term of
August 28, 2012, through December 31, 2013, and authorize Chair to sign same.
