Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the intergovernmental MOU
between the
HEALTH AND HUMAN
SERVICES AGENCY
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve agreements with OMG in the amount
of $6,743,340 with an additional $79,754 for transition of services June 1-30,
2013 and RMC in the amount of $8,844,942 with an additional $68,000 for
transition of services June 1-30, 2013 to provide and/or arrange for the
provision of mental health services for the County's Adult, Children and Youth
for Fiscal Year 2013/14 with five additional renewals through 2019; and
authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the agreements
that do not affect the annual maximum amount.

Noticed Public Hearing
- Consideration of Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, in Compliance
with CEQA Requirements, for Seismic Retrofit of Bridge No. 10C-0048 on Moore
Street, CR 229B, at M.P. 0.45 over the West Fork of the
Recommended Action/Motion: Conduct the public hearing and, by
Resolution, adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project and
authorize the Director of Transportation to file the Notice of Determination.

County Water Agency; and the Board of Supervisors Acting as the Governing Board
of the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Mendocino.

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the election certification.
BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS
Recommended Action/Motion: Authorize the Mendocino County Heath and
Human Services Agency (HHSA) Public Health Animal Care Services (ACS) to hold a
one (1) day dog license amnesty program on June 15, 2013, for residents of
Mendocino County.
EXECUTIVE OFFICE
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the Resolution designating the
Arts Council of Mendocino County as the County of Mendocino's Authorized
Partner for the 2013/2014 California Arts Council's State-Local Partnership
Program.
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the letter of opposition as
presented, authorizing the Chair to sign same, and direct staff to expedite the
transmittal of said letter.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt the Resolution amending the
Position Allocation Table as follows: Budget Unit 5010 Health & Human
Services Agency (HHSA), add two (2) FTE Eligibility Worker III, and authorize
Chair to sign the same.
Recommended Action/Motion: 1) Authorize Amendment of Agreement No.
11-102 with HealthyRoads, Inc. effective July 1, 2013; 2) Authorize the Human
Resources Director to approve future amendments to HealthyRoads Agreement that
do not exceed an annual 5% increase over the existing Agreement amount of
$137,475 or an amount not to exceed $144,349.

130014, Amendment No. 3 to BOS Agreement No. 04-258, granting the time
extensions for the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Subdivision
Monumentation Agreement, and authorize and direct the Chair to sign said
Agreements.
