(k)        Adoption of Resolution Approving Agreement Amendment with California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) for an Additional Amount of $63,320.45 for an Amended Total of $1,745,334.39 to Provide Emergency Dispatch Services Throughout Mendocino County for the Period of July 1, 2012 Through June 30, 2015

Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution approving the Agreement Amendment between the County of Mendocino and California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) to provide emergency dispatch services throughout Mendocino County for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign and execute any future amendments thereto that do not increase the maximum total.

(l)          Approval of Agreement with Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (Dublin, CA) for $350,000 to Provide Evidence Based Training for Foster Care Providers, Group Home Staff and County Staff Serving Mendocino County's Federally IV-E Eligible Children in FY 2014/2015

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to sign Agreement with Chabot-Las Positas Community College District for $350,000 to provide Evidence Based Training for foster care providers, group home staff and County staff serving Mendocino County's Federally IV-E eligible children; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum allowable amount authorized by the Board of Supervisors.

(m)      Approval of Agreement for Security Guard Services with First Security Services (Santa Rosa, CA) for the 2014-2015 Fiscal Year in the Amount of $148,927.99 for Security Guard Services at Mendocino County, HHSA, Yokayo Campus, WISC, Ft. Bragg, and 1120 S. Dora Street for a Three-Year (2013-2016) Total Amount of  $446,783.97

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to sign an Agreement with First Security Services to provide Security Guard Services to four campuses of Mendocino County Health & Human Services Agency, from October 4, 2014 through October 3, 2015; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount.

(n)        Approval of Three-Year Revenue Agreement No. 14-10518 with the State of California, Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office in the Amount of $1,047,408 to Provide Medical/Health Disaster Preparedness Training, Equipment and Supplies for HHSA, Public Health and all Public/Private Medical Partners in Fiscal Years 2014-2017

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to sign three-year revenue Agreement No. 14-10518 with the State of California, Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office in the amount of $1,047,408 to provide Medical/Health disaster preparedness training, equipment and supplies for HHSA, Public Health and all public/private medical partners in Fiscal Years 2014-2017; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the total maximum amount.
