If you are experiencing problems viewing Agenda and/or Minutes PDF forms, here are some things you can try.

If you are using the Firefox browser:

• Save the file onto your local system then open it using acrobat reader.

1. Right Click on the link to the Agenda/Minute PDF
2. Choose "Save Link As"
3. Choose the location on your local system where you would like to save the file, and click "Save"
4.  Open the pdf (double click on it)

•  OR change Firefox's default behavior where clicking on a PDF:.

1. In Firefox, choose Tools->Options
2. Select the "Content" tab.
3. Click "Manage" Next to "File Types"
4. Find PDF, Select it, and click "Change Action."
5. Select "open them with the default application" or "Save them on my computer." Either of these will work.

This issue is a know bug with the Firefox PDF reader Plugin. It occurs with some PDFs in some network configurations.

This issue has not been experienced with using Internet Explorer, but a similar set of actions should fix it if you are having problems in IE.
