In June a final report is submitted to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. It includes any reports released during the year and documents the findings and recommendations from its investigations. Copies are distributed to public officials, new media, libraries, and any entity that was the subject of one of the reports. Soon after the first day of July, the newly sworn panel begins the process anew.
