Federal, State and local statues, and Board of Supervisors' policy, (2)
perform financial management and administration of capital funds, (3)
perform contract negotiation and administration in the area of
prearchitectural planning, architectural/engineering services, and
construction, and (4) perform project monitoring and facilities management.
