The The Facilities and Fleet Division manages and coordinates the Capital
Improvement Program to (1) Assure that projects conform to applicable
Federal, State and local statues, and Board of Supervisors' policy, (2)
perform financial management and administration of capital funds, (3)
perform contract negotiation and administration in the area of
prearchitectural planning, architectural/engineering services, and
construction, and (4) perform project monitoring and facilities management.
If you are a contractor who wishes to be notified of upcoming projects, please forward a letter on company letterhead to the General Services Agency, 841 Low Gap Road, Ukiah.
