The Mendocino County Continuum of Care for the Homeless (CoC) is coordinated by the Homeless Services Planning Group (HSPG), a collaborative of over thirty-one agencies throughout Mendocino County. The HSPG is convened and facilitated by the Adult and Older Adult System of Care with monthly meetings in Ukiah. Continuum activities include the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP), Point in Time Census and Survey of the Homeless, and collaboration toward securing and maintaining HUD funded housing projects for the homeless.

Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP)

The new HPRP provides assistance towards the goal of stabilizing housing for imminently at risk households and already homeless households.
