Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)

Provides Public Health Nurse assessment, information, counseling and case management following a SIDS death. Community education was conducted during the "Back to Sleep" campaign. Reduction in incidence of SIDS has occurred internationally since advocating placing children on their back during sleep.
