The County of Mendocino is pleased to announce the Board's adoption of a County-wide Volunteer Policy and our  partnership with North Coast Opportunities Inc. - HandsOn Network.  This opens opportunities for people to volunteer within their communities and provides many positive benefits to our County departments.
