MCWOW Wellness Programs:

The employee worksite wellness program focuses on the health and wellness of County of Mendocino non-Medicare eligible retirees on the County health plan, ALL employees as well as their covered dependents. MCWOW provides a variety of activities to encourage and create opportunities for employees and their families to pursue healthier lifestyles.
