Changes to the Retiree Health Plan

The County of Mendocino submitted their Early Retiree Reinsurance Program application on Tuesday June 29th, 2010.  This program was created by the Affordable Care Act to help employers afford health care costs for non-Medicare eligible retirees until insurance exchanges make insurance plans more affordable in 2014.  The website will be updated as soon as the status of the application becomes available.
