Mendocino County Training Schedule

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Date:   TBA   Time:  9:00am to 12:00noon
Place: Board Chambers, Admin Center, Ukiah, CA

You will learn to:

·         Understand the legal definition of harassment

·         Identify harassing behavior

·         Know what steps can be taken to correct and prevent harassment

·         Know the employee responsibilities

·         Know the supervisor responsibilities

·         Understand the types of measures that may be taken to correct harassment

·         Understand who the potential parties are and the liability for harassment

·         Understand the prohibition on retaliation
