Return to Work Program Mission Statement

In order to provide the highest level of quality service to the residents of Mendocino County, it is necessary for every employee of Mendocino County to be available for work, ready and capable of performing the duties and responsibilities for which the employee was hired. Mendocino County's Return-to-Work Program provides a means to return County employees to meaningful, productive employment following injury or illness.
