Date: 10/22/2008 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Jennifer Dutton, PHN Communicable Disease Control Immunization Coordinator Phone: 707-472-2715 Fort Bragg, Willits & Point Arena Flu Clinics Mendocino County Community Health Services (formerly the Public Health Department) will be holding flu vaccination clinics at the following locations in Fort Bragg, Willits and Point Arena. The flu clinic is for anyone 19 to 49 years old with one or more chronic health condition, and anyone that falls within high-risk guidelines. A donation of $10.00 is suggested per flu vaccination.
High-Risk Guidelines:
Health care personnel who provide direct patient care in or out of the home, i.e., doctors, nurses, etc.
Please contact your local health branch by phone or visit the Mendocino County website at www.co.mendocino.ca.us/ph for further details of scheduled flu clinics.
