Agenda and/or Minutes PDF Errors

If you are experiencing problems viewing Agenda and/or Minutes pdf forms, here are some things you can try.
If you are using the Firefox browser:
- Save the file onto your local system then open it using acrobat reader.
- Right Click on the link to the Agenda/Minute pdf.
- Choose "Save Link As"
- Choose the location on your local system where you would like to save the file, and click "save."
- Open the pdf (double click on it.)
- OR change Firefox's default behavior where clicking on a PDF:.
- In Firefox, choose Tools->Options
- Select the "Content" tab.
- Click "Manage" Next to "File Types"
- Find PDF, Select it, and click "Change Action."
- Select "open them with the default application" or "Save them on my computer." Either of these will work.
This issue is a know bug with the Firefox acrobat reader Plugin. It occurs with some pdfs in some network configurations.
This issue has not been experienced with using Internet Explorer, but a
similar set of actions should fix it if you are having problems in IE.
