All District regulations are kept online by the Air Resources Board(ARB)


The California Air Resources Board is the state air quality agency and is responsable for mobile sources.

The Air Resources Board "Bluebook" consisting of all state air pollution laws is on line here.

The District is authorized and created by California Health and Safety Code, which is included in the "Bluebook" provided by ARB.


The U.S. EPA is the federal air quality agency
